Residents of Old Wilmington (ROW) is an all-volunteer, membership-based, non-profit neighborhood organization of people living in the Historic Districts covering the oldest parts of the City of Wilmington, North Carolina -- the area between Red Cross and Queen Streets, from the Cape Fear River to Eighth Street. ROW provides a platform for residents to come together, share information, and work towards preserving the rich heritage and community spirit of the historic neighborhoods.
Membership Guidelines
Membership in ROW is open to all residents living within the defined historic districts. By becoming a member, individuals agree to abide by the organization's guidelines and support its mission of promoting community engagement, historic preservation, and neighborhood improvement initiatives. Members are encouraged to actively participate in events, meetings, and volunteer activities organized by ROW.
